Housekeeping Staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and administrative management of the Housekeeping department
• Ensure the quality of room service and fulfillment of service quality commitments
• Adjust schedules based on business activity
• Supervise, motivate, lead, plan, and oversee all Housekeeping staff
• Ensure compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards
• Serve as acting General Housekeeper in the General Housekeeper’s absence
• Train and welcome new employees

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper in a 5-star hotel
• Proficiency in Opéra software
• Fluency in English
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
• Proven hospitality experience and team spirit
