About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate Housekeeping department work
- Control the cleaning quality of guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards
- Train and support new employees
- Perform time tracking and plan daily tasks
- Collaborate with other hotel departments
- Ensure inventory availability and coordinate technical damage prevention
Requirements
- Secondary or specialized education (preferably in tourism or hospitality)
- At least 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role
- Good knowledge of Latvian; English is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate team work and make decisions
- Sense of responsibility, precision, and meticulousness
