Housekeeping Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate Housekeeping department work
• Control the cleaning quality of guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Train and support new employees
• Perform time tracking and plan daily tasks
• Collaborate with other hotel departments
• Ensure inventory availability and coordinate technical damage prevention

Requirements

• Secondary or specialized education (preferably in tourism or hospitality)
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Latvian; English is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate team work and make decisions
• Sense of responsibility, precision, and meticulousness
