About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness standards for hotel public areas including lobbies, restaurants, bathrooms, and function areas
- Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, polishing, and tidying surfaces
- Restock housekeeping inventory including linen, cleaning supplies, and chemicals
- Provide professional and friendly service to guests
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or commercial environment preferred
- High attention to detail and cleaning standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid working rights in Australia
