Housekeeping Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of housekeeping standards across assigned properties
• Ensure rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained
• Conduct regular inspections and assist with inventory control
• Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure activities align with company SOPs and hygiene standards
• Support pre-opening activities for new properties or newly handed-over units

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations (hotels, villas, or co-living preferred)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Basic understanding of housekeeping SOPs, room inspection, and linen handling
• Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and maintenance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel between assigned properties
