Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand LQA standards and review audits to implement service improvements
• Manage housekeeping staff, including interviewing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Conduct continuous inspections of all areas to ensure quality standards and SOPs are met
• Assist in maximizing profitability by managing expenses, labor, and resources
• Oversee administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, and inventory management
• Resolve guest complaints at the highest level to ensure complete satisfaction
• Guarantee 100% quality for all VIP and site visit rooms

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a hospitality environment
• Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent English reading, writing, and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to lead by example and build strong relationships with stakeholders
