About the role
Responsibilities
- Uphold brand (LQA) standards of the department
- Review LQA audits to identify areas of improvement and implement initiatives
- Manage housekeeping colleagues including interviewing, retention, training, coaching, and discipline
- Conduct continuous inspections of all areas to ensure quality standards and SOPs are followed
- Assist in maximizing hotel profitability by managing expenses, labor, and resources
- Manage administrative duties including payroll and scheduling
- Oversee inventory and maintain PAR levels
- Resolve guest complaints to ensure complete satisfaction
- Guarantee 100% quality for all VIP and Site Visit rooms
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance team culture
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Property Management System (Opera) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of local languages such as ‘Olelo Hawai’i, Ilocano, or Tagalog
