Housekeeping Manager

About the Company

Empiria Group owns, manages, and operates a unique collection of luxury hotels and villas, members of The Luxury Collection and Design Hotels of Marriott International, located in prime destinations around Greece.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public spaces
• Oversee internal laundry operations and quality control
• Manage staff schedules and workforce planning
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance monitoring for the housekeeping team
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, ISO procedures, and health & safety regulations
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams regarding room status and maintenance
• Manage departmental budget and prepare periodic reports including inventories and consumption analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping leadership experience in a 5-star hotel
• Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of PMS systems such as Opera or Fidelio
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of English

• Experience in luxury hospitality environments
