About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily staffing and timecard reviews to control overtime
- Adjust room assignments to balance workloads and avoid unnecessary OT
- Coordinate coverage for call-outs, vacations, and leaves of absence
- Document and manage staff attendance and call-outs
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are completed before authorizing overtime
- Communicate staffing gaps and unavoidable overtime to HR and Operations
- Maintain accountability for timecard accuracy and daily monitoring
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently independently and in a team
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Excellent time management skills
- Great customer service skills
