Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients with confidentiality and discretion
• Guarantee the quality and upkeep of rooms following internal luxury standards
• Verify the maintenance of rooms, corridors, and common areas
• Lead and animate the floor and linen staff
• Manage or supervise stocks of linen, cleaning products, and guest amenities

Requirements

• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Responsible and benevolent management style
• High physical endurance for active floor management
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
• Conscientious, helpful, and friendly personality
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a plus
