Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule housekeeping team members
• Perform daily room inspections to ensure brand standards are met
• Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces during busy periods
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Laundry departments
• Manage inventories, order supplies, and monitor departmental expenses
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records and productivity reports
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safe work practices

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience
• Prior housekeeping supervisory or management experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending and standing
• Proficiency with computers for reporting and scheduling
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
