Housekeeping Houseperson

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from work areas, cleaning carts, and housekeeping closets
• Report linen shortages or discrepancies to management
• Maintain clean and organized storage and distribution areas
• Distribute linen and supplies to designated areas based on par levels
• Deliver goods, supplies, and linen to guest rooms and floors
• Set up and deliver roll-a-way beds and baby cribs
• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, including floors, walls, and elevators
• Perform all duties in a safe manner following company policies
• Provide professional and warm customer service to guests
• Assist other departments laterally to ensure seamless guest flow

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience
• 2+ years of experience in a luxury hospitality setting
