About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure administrative follow-up for the Housekeeping department
- Coordinate exchanges between various services (Reception, Technical, Laundry, Housekeeping Managers, etc.) to ensure operational fluidity
- Handle customer complaints related to accommodation and implement necessary actions for satisfaction
- Participate in service quality monitoring and propose continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide operational support to teams, including floor supervisor duties such as room inspections and quality standard monitoring
Requirements
- Organized and rigorous with strong priority management skills
- Previous experience in Housekeeping, Accommodation, or Housekeeping Management in the hotel industry preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in office tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage unforeseen situations
