Housekeeping - Club Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all club facility areas, including courts, patios, sidewalks, and parking lots
• Manage towel and robe laundering and ensure they are properly stocked in locker and fitness areas
• Stock amenities in locker rooms and spa areas
• Perform floor care including mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming
• Regularly remove garbage and pick up litter throughout the club
• Operate various cleaning equipment and tools
• Provide excellent customer service to attract and retain members

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a self-starter mindset
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player
• Excellent customer and guest service skills
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Must have weekend availability
• Ability to work in an indoor environment with potential exposure to dust, noise, or varying temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end health club, country club, or hotel housekeeping environment
• Experience with commercial laundry operations
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus
