Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms and public areas to high standards
• Perform special cleaning tasks as coordinated with the Housekeeping Operations Manager or Supervisor
• Ensure and monitor established housekeeping quality standards are met
• Collaborate with hosts and hotel technical staff to fulfill guest requests
• Act as a point of contact for guests on the floor
• Take responsibility for managing lost and found items

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping position within the hotel industry
• A strong passion for cleanliness, order, and attention to detail
• Fluency in German
• Ability to interact positively with international guests
• A friendly, proactive attitude and a smile

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is a plus
