Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to established luxury standards
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests regarding room amenities (extra beds, pillows, towels, etc.)
• Maintain floor trolleys and ensure all necessary cleaning materials and amenities are stocked
• Report maintenance issues, room discrepancies, or lost and found items immediately to supervisors
• Vacuum floors, mop stairs, and dust furniture in assigned areas daily
• Complete necessary documentation including room status, textile, and amenities reports
• Follow all hotel security rules and participate in environmental and energy-saving initiatives
• Assist the Emergency Response Team as required

Requirements

• Minimum of a primary school or vocational diploma
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks and standing work
• Ability to use professional cleaning devices and equipment
• Strong personal hygiene and a professional, presentable appearance
• Good communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitude
• A sense of responsibility, discipline, and eagerness to learn
