Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to hotel standards
• Make beds, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and replenish guest amenities and supplies
• Remove room service trays/trolleys and keep public areas neat and tidy
• Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure fire exits and stairways remain clear
• Handle room keys responsibly and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests through the valet service
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Physically fit with ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
