Housekeeping Attendant (Public Areas)

Responsibilities

• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and perfect cleanliness in public areas
• Perform regular cleaning measures to provide excellent service
• Conduct daily quality controls of all public areas to identify and resolve deficiencies
• Optimize the use of cleaning agents and equipment for efficiency and cost control
• Collaborate with Front Office, Technical, and Administration departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage but not required
• Proficiency in German or English
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mentality and reliability
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
• Openness to using digital tools and new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
