Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Perform overall cleaning of guestrooms including dusting, making beds, and vacuuming
• Remove soiled linen and replenish rooms with supplies according to brand standards
• Clean bathrooms and interior windows
• Maintain organized linen closets, supply closets, and landings
• Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or health and safety hazards
• Handle lost and found items by turning them over to security immediately
• Provide courteous assistance to guests and colleagues

Requirements

• High School diploma, vocational training, or 1 year of work experience
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects
• High level of personal cleanliness and grooming
• Friendly and pleasant disposition

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment
