About the role
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of Residences and assigned areas following brand standards
- Monitoring linens, inventories, stain removal, and sewing linens
- Providing constant professional, warm, and friendly service
- Complying with department policies, procedures, and service standards
Requirements
- Warm and affectionate personality
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to anticipate and focus on Guest and Owner needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
