Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to impeccable standards, ensuring all areas are spotless and fully stocked
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, providing personalized services and special requests
• Maintain public areas, including hallways, lounges, and restrooms, to ensure a pristine environment
• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with management for resolution
• Organize and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation protocols while ensuring guest privacy and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Further education in hospitality or related fields
• Proficiency in additional languages
