Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Women's Locker Room and Spa areas
• Sanitize surfaces including lockers, mirrors, countertops, toilets, sinks, and showers
• Replenish towels and member amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and grooming supplies
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
• Inspect areas routinely to ensure high cleanliness and presentation standards
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or facility issues to leadership
• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to members and guests
• Assist members with information regarding club amenities and services

Requirements

• Minimum one year of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, spa, or fitness club
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to work in warm environments like steam rooms and saunas
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hospitality, wellness, and luxury service standards
