Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Restock cleaning supplies, amenities, and guest room items
• Handle laundry including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and elevators
• Interact politely with guests and respond to special requests
• Adhere to safety and security standards regarding chemical handling and lost and found
• Perform special projects like deep cleaning and inventory maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of coliving or hotel housekeeping experience
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and responsible
• Ability to remain composed when dealing with difficult customers
