Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Support the cleaning of common hotel areas and guest rooms according to LQA standards
• Maintain order and cleanliness in service areas and housekeeping warehouses
• Ensure correct daily room resetting in compliance with hotel quality standards
• Support cleaning activities for rooms and common areas and assist the housekeeping team during room changes
• Adhere to safety and hygiene procedures established by the facility and current regulations

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Italian and English
• Passion for service and desire for professional growth
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude
• Constant attention to service standards and priorities
• Precision, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Previous experience in similar high-level hotel structures
