Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of guest service by following standard operating policies
• Manage linen by emptying soiled linen from pantries and restocking clean linen according to par-stock
• Clean and maintain corridors, staircases, walls, and lighting as assigned
• Handle guest requests promptly and accurately via the Royal Service Office
• Report lost and found items, malfunctioning equipment, or health and safety hazards immediately
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and de-scaling shower heads
• Keep housekeeping offices, floor pantries, and storerooms clean and organized
• Assist with the removal of guestroom drapery and replacement of light bulbs

Requirements

• Competency in verbal English is essential
• Dynamic and energetic personality with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department
• Experience working in a 5-star luxury property
• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Experience using Opera or a related hotel management system
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
