Housekeeping Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure the club and exercise equipment are clean, well-maintained, and presentable
• Clean locker rooms and stock all necessary consumables
• Maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor
• Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms
• Receive and store all deliveries and assist with special events
• Provide maintenance for equipment and notify management of any immediate needs
• Deliver excellent customer service to all members, prospective members, and guests

Requirements

• Clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use cleaning products and hand tools
• Experience servicing athletic equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in professional cleaning and laundry services
