Housekeeping Assistant

Responsibilities

• Check the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure high standards
• Substitute for the Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence
• Share responsibility for the housekeeping team, including internal staff and external cleaning companies
• Train and coach the team to maintain established quality standards
• Coordinate with external cleaning companies, handle orders, and check delivery bills
• Work closely with hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfill guest requests

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping position
• A passion for cleanliness and order with a keen eye for detail
• Fluent French language skills
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to present yourself confidently and bring a positive, humorous attitude to the workplace
• Experience working with international guests and responding to diverse needs
