Housekeeping Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Support the cleaning of public areas such as the lobby, corridors, and restrooms
• Help prepare trolleys with linen, amenities, and necessary cleaning supplies
• Assist in laundry operations including sorting, folding, and delivering linen
• Report maintenance issues like lighting or plumbing problems to supervisors
• Follow all hygiene protocols, safety standards, and correct chemical usage
• Greet guests politely and maintain strict confidentiality and privacy
• Participate in training sessions regarding cleaning techniques and brand standards

Requirements

• Hotel Management student, recent graduate, or Diploma Holder
• Ability to work full-time in an onsite hotel environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience through a housekeeping internship is an added advantage
