About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies
- Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows
- Dispose of trash and recyclables safely
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to supervisor
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Respond to customer or guest requests
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving
