Requirements
Two years of building cleaning experience, Experience in maintenance and sanitation
About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean floors, offices, classrooms, housing areas, locker rooms, and bathrooms
- Polish metal, clean walls, and remove graffiti
- Sweep, mop, strip, wax, and polish floors
- Vacuum and shampoo rugs
- Manage sanitation, garbage collection, and disposal
- Move or transport furniture, equipment, and institutional materials
- Load, unload, and store supplies
- Maintain grounds, sidewalks, and outdoor recreation yards, including lawn care and snow removal
- Complete duties of supervisor as needed
Requirements
- Two years of full-time satisfactory experience in building cleaning and maintenance
- Three years of experience required for Assignment Level II
- Four years of experience required for Assignment Level III and IV
