Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms
• Maintain and clean common areas
• Assist with specific guest requests in rooms
• Maintain a discreet and professional relationship with guests
• Guarantee customer satisfaction according to Palace and LQA standards
• Manage and protect assigned equipment and materials

Requirements

• Physical stamina for lifting linens and moving furniture
• High attention to detail and cleanliness
• Discretion and fluid movement in guest areas
• Patience and calm when dealing with demanding clients
• Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in high-end hospitality is a significant advantage
