About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and organize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops
- Vacuum floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes in various rooms
- Clean up spills and stains with appropriate equipment and products
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling
- Wipe, disinfect, and dust all surfaces and mirrors
- Ensure walls, ceilings, windows, and floors are clean and in good repair
- Provide exceptional customer service to address client needs and concerns
Requirements
- Working knowledge of cleaning appliances and cleaning agents
- Ability to obtain and maintain a current cleaning certification (e.g., OSHA, CMI)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to maintain proof of individual auto insurance
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stoop items weighing 30 pounds or less
- Ability to stand and push equipment for extended periods
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of previous housekeeping experience
