Housekeeper Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise cleaning standards for all public areas to ensure a luxury guest experience.
• Supervise staff assignments and conduct regular inspections of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and F&B outlets.
• Plan and oversee deep cleaning projects, including marble polishing, carpet washing, and furniture maintenance.
• Monitor hotel occupancy and VIP arrivals to prioritize cleaning tasks and maintain Forbes and LQA standards.
• Manage weekly cleaning supplies and supervise the safe use of chemicals and equipment.
• Conduct regular rounds to identify maintenance needs and report irregularities immediately.
• Motivate, train, and coordinate work schedules and day-off rotations for the housekeeping team.
• Participate in linen, amenities, and equipment inventories.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and professional housekeeping procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Experience in inventory control and logbook management.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
