About the role
Responsibilities
- General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas
- Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
- Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
- Help respond to resident emergencies when asked
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables
- Positive and friendly demeanor
