Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments
• Ensure the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, and hallways
• Ensure the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste
• Maintain grass and landscaping, including watering flowers
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience in janitorial or cleaning
• Experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work 6-8 hour standing shifts
• Friendly demeanor
