About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner
  • Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways
  • Utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to established procedures and state requirements
  • Use and maintain cleaning equipment properly
  • Transport trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal areas
  • Replenish supplies as required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • A caring heart and a strong willingness to serve others
  • A genuine desire to work with seniors
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a professional setting
