Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Providing excellent customer service by attending to guest needs and special requests
• Restocking room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities
• Reporting maintenance issues or broken fixtures to management
• Upholding safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Managing cleaning inventory and reporting when restocking is necessary
• Adhering to company standards for cleanliness and guest interaction

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and own transport (required due to rural location)
• Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and tidiness
• Effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe chemical use
