Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Providing excellent customer service and attending to guest needs
• Restocking supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities
• Reporting maintenance issues and broken fixtures to management
• Upholding safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Managing cleaning inventory and reporting when restocking is necessary
• Adhering to company policies regarding cleanliness and guest interaction

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and own transport (due to rural location)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety
