Housekeeper/office boy

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for customers and employees in offices and showrooms
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing
• Sanitize frequently used items such as desks, doorknobs, office supplies, and phones
• Manage toilet cleaning and maintenance, including the disinfection of sinks and soap dispensers
• Empty trash bins throughout the office and near the building
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure items are always in stock
• Ensure all facility safety regulations and standards are strictly maintained

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Assistant, Helper, Office Boy, or in a Warehouse environment
• Practical knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• High school degree
• Fluency in English with good communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach to cleaning and maintenance
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for the majority of the workday
• Ability to prioritize cleaning projects based on business needs
