Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, and common areas including floors and offices
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness rules
• Monitor equipment functionality and report anomalies to the housekeeper
• Ensure availability and accuracy of guest documents in rooms
• Apply lost and found management procedures
• Follow instructions for using cleaning products
• Manage the daily cleaning and replenishment of the cleaning trolley
