Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, dusting, waxing, scrubbing, and polishing of guest rooms
• Replace bed linens, restock supplies, and reorganize furnishings
• Provide guests with required linens and amenities according to protocols
• Report observed damage, hazards, or repair needs promptly
• Submit discovered items to the Lost and Found department
• Ensure cleanliness in corridors and service zones
• Replenish and organize cleaning carts and linen closets
• Alert supervisors regarding unusual circumstances like smoking in rooms or vacant luggage

Requirements

• Ability to lift objects up to 25-50 pounds
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours a day
• Effective problem-solving and reporting skills
• Flexibility to pivot tasks when necessary
• Approachable attitude for guest service

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Housekeeping
