Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, order, and impeccable presentation of rooms and adjacent spaces
• Perform daily cleaning and restoration of rooms including beds, sanitary facilities, floors, and furniture
• Change bed linen and towels
• Replenish guest amenities and consumables
• Monitor general room condition and report malfunctions or damages to maintenance
• Prepare arrival rooms and verify departure rooms
• Manage cleaning carts and follow hygiene and safety protocols
• Implement linen and waste sorting procedures
• Update room status (occupied, to do, ready)

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is requested
