About the role
Responsibilities
- Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces
- Move portable furniture to clean under and behind
- Assist with laundry and linen as needed
- Identify and note damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets
- Collect and remove trash and debris
- Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
- Maintain hot tubs as needed
Requirements
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation industry preferred
- Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile apps and digital systems
- Reliable personal transportation for travel between worksites
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, and standing
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
