About the role
Responsibilities
- Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties following company standards
- Perform sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing of all surfaces
- Move portable furniture to clean under and behind
- Assist with laundry and linen management
- Identify and report damages or needed repairs via maintenance tickets
- Replenish consumable items like soaps and paper products
- Maintain hot tubs as needed with provided training
- Collect and remove trash and debris
Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation for travel between worksites
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to bend, squat, stand, and perform repetitive motions
- Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile apps and digital systems
- Dependable and able to work independently or in a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industries
- Prior housekeeping experience
