Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties following company standards
• Perform sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing of all surfaces
• Move portable furniture to clean under and behind
• Assist with laundry and linen management
• Identify and report damages or needed repairs via maintenance tickets
• Replenish consumable items like soaps and paper products
• Maintain hot tubs as needed with provided training
• Collect and remove trash and debris

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation for travel between worksites
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Physical ability to bend, squat, stand, and perform repetitive motions
• Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile apps and digital systems
• Dependable and able to work independently or in a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industries
• Prior housekeeping experience
