Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and floors
• Vacuum all exposed areas, including edges, and empty wastebaskets
• Clean common areas such as elevators, halls, landings, stairs, and lobbies
• Perform laundry services for towels, bed linens, and resident clothing
• Maintain an orderly laundry room and store chemicals according to safety instructions
• Wash inside of windows as needed to maintain community standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred (training provided)
• Understanding of proper practices for handling biohazardous waste
