Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Verify and replenish products and materials
• Attend to customer requests and guest needs
• Maintain and restock the cleaning trolley
• Follow established cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to supervision
• Collect and report lost and found items
• Ensure impeccable presentation of beds and guest belongings
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role (preferred)
• Knowledge of service excellence standards (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• English language skills (preferred)
