Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleanliness and decorum of the structure in compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
• Cleaning and resetting rooms within established timeframes following LQA methods and standards
• Maintaining service offices for the housekeeping department and replenishing supplies (linen, amenities, cleaning tools, detergents, etc.)
• Taking care of guests' personal belongings within their environment
• Taking care of company assets
• Maintaining professional relationships with clients, anticipating their needs, and working in synergy with colleagues from other departments

Requirements

• Fluent Italian
• Basic English level
• Passion for service and ambition for professional growth
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to provide consistent high standards of service and recognize priorities
• Emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Goal-oriented with a global perspective of respect and inclusion
