Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, tidying, and conservation of rooms and support areas following Belmond and LQA standards
• Ensure organization and replenishment of housekeeping carts and linen closets
• Identify and report maintenance needs in apartments and common areas
• Safeguard guest belongings following lost and found and valuables procedures
• Collect and send dirty laundry to the laundry and distribute clean linen to floors
• Attend to guests with cordiality, ensuring service excellence and attention to individual preferences
• Complete checklists and activity control reports
• Support the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth operation and teamwork

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the role or a similar position
• Knowledge of cleaning and conservation in corporate environments
• Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule
