Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality and upkeep of rooms in compliance with internal procedures and luxury standards
• Take responsibility for assigned equipment and maintain the cleaning trolley
• Clean rooms according to current methods and techniques while respecting deadlines
• Maintain and clean common areas
• Manage task priorities and alert the housekeeper if technical intervention is needed
• Remain attentive to client expectations and needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment
• Professional English proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and rigor
• Team spirit and strong customer service orientation
• High capacity for adaptation
