About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms
- Maintain and clean common areas
- Assist with specific guest requests in rooms
- Maintain a discreet and professional relationship with guests
- Guarantee customer satisfaction according to 5★ and LQA standards
- Act as a vigilant guardian of assigned equipment
Requirements
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong focus on guest comfort
- Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in a high-end establishment is a significant advantage
