Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms
• Maintain and clean common areas
• Assist with specific guest requests in rooms
• Maintain a professional and discreet relationship with guests
• Guarantee customer satisfaction according to 5★ and LQA standards
• Manage and care for assigned equipment

Requirements

• High attention to detail and cleanliness
• Strong focus on guest comfort and teamwork
• Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in a high-end establishment is a significant advantage
